Since we do not have a
web accessible interface yet we are posting this sample
page as an idea of how our search wil look and feel. The
database is still under 250,000 records as of this basic
search for the keyword "Fishing"
was run. Keep in mind the 250,000 domains that are
indexed are the results of millions of crawled domains.
So the bot is working its butt off with very little in
return. The search yeilded over 6000 results but we are
only displaying a few here to show how it will work. The
Site Info/Cache links are disabled but will link to a
larger screencap of the site and the text extracted from
the page as well as the time of the crawl and ranking
information.
Below is an actual
extraction from the results page. Of course this can
change many times before we actually launch it online.
But you can see the plan. The thumbnails should make it
much easier to browse the results for quality websites.
